Granule packing machine
The automatic metering and packing equipment adopts manual bagging and a three-speed gravity feeding form. Controlled by an intelligent electrical control system, it automatically completes the processes of feeding, weighing, bag clamping and material addition. Quantitative packing equipment used in industries such as feed, fertilizer, grain, starch, chemical engineering, food, plastic pellets, and biomass. It has the setting values for coarse and fine feeding, the setting value for the weight of a single package, the counting of packing bags, the cumulative display of weight, as well as the functions of automatic tare, automatic zero adjustment, automatic error correction, over-limit alarm and self-diagnosis of faults.
Packing Machine Workflow
Giving the bag (loading the bag) → automatically clamps the bag→ material is automatically quantitatively weighed and filled into bags→ automatic bag release /bag holding/bag transfer→ automatic label feeding /folding /or heat sealing/or sewing→ entering the next process such as stacking on pallet and wrapping.
Supporting Equipment:
Main machine of packaging machine (quantitative weighing, bag clamping, filling), conveyor (with backrest), upright column (adjust the height of the sewing machine according to the height of the bag), sewing machine.
